You try on shoes for size before you buy them, don't you? Wouldn't it be great if you could do the same thing with careers? You can!

A cooperative work experience or internship will allow you to "try on" a career to see if it fits. These programs allow you to get a real feel for what a career is all about. You can learn a lot as you gain real work experience, and find out if a career choice you're thinking about is the right fit for you. To find out more, talk to your counselors, career and technical education teachers and principal.
